How long does it take to set up Servinn?
Most business owners complete the initial setup in 20-30 minutes. This includes creating your account, adding your venue, setting up your first catalog with 10-15 products, and creating a few entry points. You can start receiving orders immediately after.
Do I need to set up everything before I can receive orders?
No! You can start with the basics - just a venue, one catalog category, a few products, and one or two entry points. You can add more as you go. Many businesses start small to test the system, then expand once they're comfortable.
What if I make a mistake during setup?
Don't worry - almost everything can be edited later! You can update venue details, change product names and prices, edit entry points, and modify settings at any time. The only thing you should be careful about is deleting venues or products, as that can't be undone.
Is Servinn really free to use?
Yes! Servinn is completely free for business owners. You don't pay subscription fees or setup costs. Servinn makes money by adding a small service fee to customer orders when they pay online. This fee is transparent to customers and doesn't come out of your revenue.
Can I use Servinn for multiple locations?
Absolutely! You can add as many venues as you need. Each venue has its own products, entry points, and orders, but you manage them all from one dashboard. Simply click the venue switcher at the top of your dashboard to toggle between locations.
What if my internet connection is unstable?
While Servinn requires an internet connection to sync orders and data, the system is designed to be lightweight and works even on slower connections. As long as you or your customers can load a webpage, you can use Servinn.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No! That's one of the best parts of Servinn. Customers simply scan your QR code with their phone's camera, and they can browse and order directly from their web browser. No app downloads, no account creation required.
Can I print receipts for customers?
Yes! Each order has a shareable receipt that you can view, download, or share via link or QR code. You can print these receipts or send them digitally to customers.
