To get the best experience with Servinn, make sure you have:
At least 2 internet-enabled devices
1 for fulfillment (i.e. at the front-desk, in the kitchen, over the counter, etc)
1 for guest-facing or for staff order entry
Reliable internet access across all ordering and fulfillment areas
Clearly defined ordering or dining points
Staff must know where orders originate and where to deliver them
Budget for QR code signage or printed materials if needed
Staff with email access and basic digital skills
Onboarding support
3-day guided walkthrough (live or virtual)
Twice-weekly recap using system manuals: Knowledge Base, Guides, Demo Walkthroughs

Getting started with Servinn takes just a few minutes:
Sign up with your email, name, phone number, and password
You’ll be logged in immediately and guided to onboarding
Choose your business type (hotel, restaurant, retail, etc.) so Servinn uses the right terms for your industry
Enter your venue details (business name, country, location, short description)
Click Complete to create your venue and access your dashboard
After setup:
Your venue is created and set as default
You’re added as the Manager with full access
You can start adding products, entry points, and staff right away
You can skip onboarding and return to it anytime from the Venues section.
That’s it. You’re ready to run your business with Servinn.
