How To: Add A Venue
Add a new business location to your Servinn account and start managing orders from multiple venues.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in with an Owner or Manager role
Have your venue details ready (name, address, business type)
Optionally, have a logo image ready to upload
Enter Venue Details
In the Venue Name field, enter your business name (e.g., "Fry Dey").
Select your Type of Business from the dropdown menu. Choose the category that best describes your venue (e.g., Restaurant, Hotel, Cafe, Bar, Retail Store).
Select your Country of Business from the dropdown.
Enter your Location (venue address) in the address field.
In the Business Description field, write a brief description of your venue to help customers understand what you offer.
Be specific and descriptive when writing your business description. Include details like cuisine type, signature offerings, or unique features that set your venue apart.
Create Your Venue
Review all the information you've entered to make sure it's accurate.
Click the Create venue button at the bottom of the form.
The system will process your request. You'll see a loading indicator while the venue is being created.
Once successful, you'll see a confirmation notification saying "You have successfully created a new venue!"
Your new venue will now appear in the venues list.
