Introduction

The Orders page is your command center for managing all customer orders. You can view orders in real-time, create manual orders for walk-in customers, update order statuses, and track payment information.

Prerequisites

  • You must have at least one venue created

  • You must have catalogs with products set up

  • For best results, have entry points created (though not required for all order types)
