Solution: Make sure the catalog's "Active" toggle is turned ON. Inactive catalogs are hidden from customers but visible to you in the admin dashboard.

Solution: Ensure you've filled in both the Catalog Name and Catalog Description fields. These are required.

Solution: Each product must have a unique name within your venue. Try adding a distinguishing detail (e.g., "Cheeseburger - Regular" vs. "Cheeseburger - Large").

Solution: Currently, catalogs are displayed in the order they were created. To change the order, contact support or recreate them in your preferred sequence.

Solution: No problem! Simply click the edit icon next to the catalog name, toggle "Active" to OFF, add your products, then turn it back ON when ready.

Tip: Start with your most popular or best-selling items when building your catalog. This helps you get up and running quickly while you add the rest of your inventory.

Tip: Use consistent naming conventions for your products. For example, if you include portion sizes, format them the same way across all items ("Small / Medium / Large" or "8oz / 12oz / 16oz").

Tip: For restaurants, consider organizing catalogs by meal course (Appetizers, Mains, Desserts) or by category (Pizza, Pasta, Salads). For hotels, organize by room category (Standard, Deluxe, Suites). Choose what makes most sense for your customers.

Note: If you make a mistake when creating a product, you can click the edit icon on the product card to update its information at any time.
