Troubleshooting
Problem: I get an error saying "Venue name already exists"
Solution: This venue name is already in use in your account. Choose a different, unique name for this venue.
Problem: The "Create venue" button is disabled
Solution: Make sure you've filled in all required fields: Venue Name, Type of Business, and Business Description. These fields are mandatory.
Problem: My logo isn't uploading
Solution: Ensure your image file is in a supported format (JPG, PNG) and isn't too large (recommended maximum 5MB).
Tips & Notes
Tip: If you operate multiple locations of the same business (e.g., multiple branches), create a separate venue for each location. This allows you to track orders and performance independently for each site.
Note: The first venue you create becomes your "main venue" by default. You can change this later in your account settings.
Tip: Choose descriptive location names (like "Downtown Branch" or "Airport Location") if you plan to operate multiple venues. This makes it easier to distinguish between them.
