Solution: The email address might already be in use. Each staff member needs a unique email address. Ask them to provide a different email.

Solution: Verify they're using the correct email address and default password. Check that they haven't mistyped anything. If problems persist, you may need to reset their password.

Solution: Make sure you've filled in all required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Type of Staff. These fields are mandatory.

Solution: Navigate to the staff member's profile card and click the edit icon. From there, you'll have options to deactivate or remove their account.

Solution: Yes, click on their profile card and then the edit icon. You'll be able to update their role and other information.

Tip: Add staff members before your busy periods. This gives them time to learn the system and get comfortable before handling real orders.

Note: Staff members can only access venues they've been assigned to. If you have multiple venues, remember to assign them to the appropriate location(s).

Tip: Create a training checklist for new staff that covers: logging in, viewing orders, updating order status, processing payments, and handling customer inquiries.

Tip: Schedule a brief training session when adding new staff. Walk them through the dashboard while they're logged in, so they can ask questions in real-time.
