Key concepts
Venue Name This is the official name of your location as it appears to customers and throughout the dashboard. If you rebrand or change your business name, updating this ensures consistency everywhere.
Venue Description A brief summary of what your venue offers. This could describe your cuisine style, accommodation type, or retail specialties. Think of it as your elevator pitch to customers.
Venue Address The physical location of your business. Keeping this accurate is important for delivery services, customer directions, and location mapping. The dashboard allows customers to tap your address and open it directly in mapping apps.
Venue Logo A visual identifier for your location. This could be your business logo, a photo of your storefront, or any image that represents your brand. Changing your logo updates it everywhere in the system.
Phone Number The contact number where customers can reach this specific venue. This is especially useful if you operate multiple locations with different phone lines.

Common questions
Do I need to update all fields when editing, or can I change just one thing?
You can update as many or as few fields as you need. If you only need to change the phone number, just update that field and save. All other information remains as it was.
Will changing my venue name affect past orders?
No. Past orders are historical records and will still show the venue name as it was at the time the order was placed. However, the new name will appear on all future orders and throughout the current dashboard.
What happens to my old logo when I upload a new one?
The old logo is replaced by the new one everywhere it appears. This includes the venue listing page, the venue details view, and customer-facing pages. The old logo file is removed from the system.
