Key concepts

Status Filters: The buttons at the top of your orders page ("All", "Pending", "Processing", "Completed") let you view orders by their current stage. Click any button to see only orders in that status. This helps you focus on what matters most at the moment.

Search Box: Type anything related to an order — a customer's name, an order number, or even a product name — and the list instantly shows only matching orders. The search works across multiple fields, so you don't need to remember exact details.

Active Filter Highlight: Whichever filter you've selected appears highlighted or in a different color, so you always know what you're viewing. This prevents confusion when switching between different order views.

Results Count: At the bottom of the page, you'll see how many orders match your current filter and how many total orders exist. This gives you a quick sense of your workload.

Pagination Controls: When you have many orders, they're split into pages showing 6, 9, or 12 orders at a time. Use the "Show" dropdown to choose how many orders appear per page, and the page navigation buttons to move between pages.

Common questions

chevron-rightWhat happens when I search for an order number?hashtag

The system immediately looks through all your orders and displays any that match the number you typed. Order numbers are unique, so searching by order number will typically return just one specific order. You don't need to type the full number — even partial matches will show up.

chevron-rightCan I search by what items were ordered?hashtag

Absolutely! If you type the name of a product or menu item in the search box, the system will show all orders containing that item. This is useful when you need to see how many customers ordered a particular dish or product during a shift.

chevron-rightHow do I see all orders again after filtering?hashtag

Simply click the "All" button at the top of the orders page. This removes any status filters and shows every order regardless of status. If you've also used the search box, clear it to see all orders completely unfiltered.

chevron-rightWhy don't I see all my orders on one page?hashtag

To keep the page loading quickly and easy to navigate, orders are divided into pages. You can control how many appear at once using the "Show" dropdown at the bottom. Choose a higher number (like 12) to see more orders per page, or select a lower number for faster loading on slower devices.
