How to Invite Staff to Your Team

Invite staff

  • Go to Dashboard → Staff → "Add Staff Member"

  • Fill in their details: name, email, phone number

  • Choose their role: Owner, Manager, or Staff (see Section 3 above for role descriptions)

  • Send the invitation: They'll receive an email to create their password and login

View incoming orders

  • Dashboard → Orders: See all incoming orders in real-time

  • Click on any order to view full details

  • Update the status as you work on it:

    • "Pending" → "Preparing" → "Ready" → "Completed"

  • Filter orders by date, status, or entry point to find specific orders quickly
